[Subway] 5-minute walk" [Parking] Since it is a residential area, there is no enforcement, so you can park on your own, or there is a "public parking lot" within a 30-second walk. [Public parking lot] 24 hours a day. (Up to 10,000 won / 50% for compact cars)

(Available with appropriate cell phone volume) -Please be considerate of noise after 10pm. Please turn down the TV volume and close the front door and windows. You can enjoy it more freely^^~♡ [Wear indoor shoes] *Please use “indoor shoes” at the entrance. -If you come in wearing shoes, a cleaning fee will be charged! -If you go out wearing indoor shoes, a cleaning fee will be charged! [Food] - No food allowed in the bedroom! -Delivery or cooking available! (However, food with strong odors such as meat, fish, barbecue, cheonggukjang, malatang, etc. will incur a fee.) *Caution/ The smell may cause discomfort to the next guest. (If you cook food with a strong odor, you will be charged 100,000 won) - Fire hazard materials are prohibited!!
