Mate (friend) in Australian expression is also pronounced as 'might', and it contains the hope that you will spend a warm time sharing fun and relaxation with your friends. Or, you can spend a relaxing day with your loved ones. Check-in time is after 3pm, check-out time is until 11am. (Delayed check-out after 11:00 am will incur an additional charge of 10,000 won per hour) As of May 2023, room remodeling has been completed, and home appliances (washing machine, air conditioner, gas range, refrigerator) are prepared as new products. [ Accommodation provided ] - Free WIFI / Google Cast - Beam Project - Netflix free viewing [ Room ] - Queen size bed - Super single size bed (available for reservations of 2 or more people) - Linens changed daily [ Kitchen ] - Refrigerator - Microwave/gas stove - Electric kettle - Wine glasses & wine opener - Kitchen utensils (frying pan/pot/chopping board/knife/scissors/water cup/tea cup/plate/rice bowl/soup bowl/spoon & fork set/cooking utensils) - Various condiments (salt, sugar, cooking oil, soy sauce) - Kitchen towel, disposable dishcloth, disposable loofah, etc. [ Bath ] - Body wash/shampoo/conditioner - (disposable) toothbrush/toothpaste/soap/shower towel - 2 hotel cotton towels (per person) provided - washing machine/laundry detergent (provided for long stays) - dryer
House Rule
* Reservations can be made for up to 4 people, and an additional fee of 25,000 won per person will be incurred from 3 people. * Reservation changes can be made once up to 5 days prior to check-in. * The host may visit the property to check the number of guests. * If there are additional people, please be sure to notify us in advance. If not notified, an additional fee of 20,000 won will be charged. * Since it is a quiet residential area, it would be appreciated if you pay special attention to noise and refrain from entering after 00:00 (midnight). * Parties with loud noise/music are prohibited. * Absolutely no smoking in the accommodation, and please avoid excessive drinking. * If the next reservation is disrupted due to indoor smoking, a separate cleaning fee, including accommodation reservation compensation, will be charged. * A separate fee will be charged to the guest in case of property damage, theft, or loss, such as furniture and bedding. * In case of contamination (cosmetics, food, etc.) such as bedding, carpets, and towels, an additional fee will be charged for the amount required to restore the product to its original state. * There is no separate parking lot. * Pets are not allowed. * For long-term stays, please contact the host first. * Please note that CCTV is installed outside for security & safety reasons. * In Ma-It Home, bedding is changed every day and regular disinfection is performed.
