El Place North Seoul captures the comfortable sensibility of everyday life that can be felt in a cozy residential area.
This is a quiet and cozy healing accommodation where you can relax in a comfortable atmosphere like home.
This is a 2-room villa house. Although it is semi-basement, it is semi-basement like the first floor, so it gets plenty of sunlight and all rooms have windows.
There is a large room (2 queen beds), a small room (1 queen bed), a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room, and the necessary items are provided, so you will not have any inconvenience during your stay :)
The bed provides a sleeping space for up to 6 people, and a topper mat, blanket, and pillow are provided for each additional person.

When making a reservation for 1 to 4 people, one large room with two queen-sized beds will be used.
If you are staying with 4 or less people but would like to use an additional small room, you can do so for an additional fee of 15,000 won per night. To ensure smooth additional bedding setup, it is recommended that you apply in advance. You can apply via message even after check-in.
▲ Please use the washing machine and dryer only for long-term stays of 3 days or more.
There is a large dining table that can seat up to 7 people.
Free Wi-Fi, boiler, air conditioner, refrigerator, 1 induction stove, microwave, coffee pot, electric rice cooker, kitchen utensils and tableware (for simple cooking), cooking oil, salt, pepper, disposable toothbrush (toothpaste is shared), soap, We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foam cleansing, towels (2 provided per person), children's body lotion & body wash, 2 hair dryers, curling iron, mini humidifier, instant coffee, etc.
Free OTT (Disney Plus, Netflix) is available. Parking is available for up to 1 car.
There is a supermarket (E-mart 24) near the accommodation that is open from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.
There is a park and playground in front of the accommodation where you can exercise. Because it is located on a high ground, the view from the playground is great. You can enjoy the view of Bukhansan Mountain.
It is very convenient when using public transportation because you can take the village bus (Gangbuk No. 06) from Exit 2 of Mia Sageori Station on Line 4 and get off right in front of the accommodation.
Transportation is very good as you can transfer to lines 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, Uisinseol Line, and Gyeongui-Jungang Line to travel anywhere in Seoul.
It takes 3 minutes by car or 4 minutes by bus to “North Seoul Dream Forest,” a large park with beautiful scenery.
Even if you take subway line 4 without transferring, you can get to Hyehwa Station with Daehakro (10 minutes, 5 stops), Dongdaemun Station (12 minutes, 6 stops), Myeongdong Station (19 minutes, 9 stops), and Ichon Station with the National Museum of Korea (31 minutes, 15 stops). ), etc., you can visit various attractions in a short time.

친구들이랑 도란도란 머무르기 너무 좋은 숙소였어요! 들어갔을 때 스탠드 불을 켜주셔서 환영받는 느낌이 들었고, 아늑한 인테리어라 좋았어요. 오래된 집을 잘 관리한 곳의 정석 느낌! 이마트24 편의점이 가까워서 좋았고(물 없으니 사서 들어가세요) 북서울꿈의숲 가까운 것도 좋았습니다. 폼클렌징, 로션, 면봉 등 사소하게 갖춰진 집기가 많아 만족도가 더 높았어요! 너무 칭찬만 한 것 같아서, 화장실 층고가 낮아 키가 175 이상 정도 이상이신 분들은 머리가 천장에 닿을 수 있다는 유의사항도 적어봅니다. 쾌적하고 즐거운 시간 보내다 갑니다 🥰
