Description
Good morning. This is a lovely and cozy Brick House T04. Our house is on the 3rd floor with an elevator, and guests who come here can stay cozy and comfortable. Our house is about 8 minutes on foot from Exit 1 of Hongik University Station and is located in a quiet residential area. It consists of two rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and there is an Illy coffee machine, and one capsule per person is provided as a welcome gift. Also, you can watch Netflix with the prepared beam projector.
House Rule
Please follow the below rules.
-Check-in: After 15:00
-Check-out: Until 11:00
-No party (Be quite from 10pm - 8am)
-Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on the reservation status, and if requested at the time of reservation, we will inform you of availability on the day of check-in (extra charge).
- No outsiders allowed (Only booking people can use the facility)
(There is CCTV for the safety inside the building. If there are more people than the number of reservations, an additional fee of KRW 50,000 won per person and day will be charged for the penalty)
-Pets are not allowed (reimbursement is required in case of damage or damage)
-No smoking in the house or building (100,000 won when smoking is detected)
(If you are caught smoking, you will be taken out without refund. In the event of a fire, you are entirely responsible for the guest, and the guest is responsible for all damages caused by it.)
-Please separate garbage (general garbage (general garbage bag), recycling (transparent plastic bag) and food (yellow food bag)) and throw it out in front of the building.
-If a complaint occurs due to noise or other problems, we will move out without refund.
-Please note that damage or damage to equipment and furniture in the space may require reimbursement.
-Commercial video and photo shooting is only possible after confirmation with the host, and violation of this may result in penalty or dismissal.
- The provided daily necessities and basic items are provided only once for the first time, Please keep this in mind.

갑자기 머무를 곳이 없어져서 급하게 잡게된 숙소였는데, 정말 최고였습니다. 침대와 방 안도 청결하고 아늑하게 꾸며져있어서 정말 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 꼼꼼하게 신경을 쓰신게 많아서 정말 좋았어요!

숙소가 너무 깨끗하고 좋았어요 난방도 잘 되어서 따뜻하게 지냈어요! 온수도 잘 나왔구요. 호스트분도 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 주차공간이 있는 것도 좋았구요. 침대는 더블사이즈로 방 두개에 하나씩 있었는데 편하고 좋았어요. 장기투숙하게 되시는 분들에게도 좋을 것 같습니다.

즐거운 크리스마스 이브 보낼수있었어요 따뜻하고 생각보다 조용하게 지낼 수 있습니다 :) 귤도 주셔서 후식도 잘 챙겨먹었어요 커피머신이 있었는데 다음엔 얼음 챙겨가서 아이스로 마실래요~ 감사합니다

숙소가 정말 예쁘고 말 그대로 햇살 가득한 집이에요~ 하루 지내는 동안 전혀 불편함 없었고 근처 편의시설이나 식당도 많아서 너무 좋았습니다!! 그리고 호스트님이 정말 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했어요! 다음에 또 오고싶은 숙소였습니다:)

깨끗한곳이었구요 근처에 맛집들이 많아서 너무 좋았습니다 거실에 있는 소파도 푹신푹신해서 좋았어요 침실은 사진과 똑같았구요 큰 거울이 있어서 좋았습니다 사진맛집이에요 ㅎㅎ 근처에 브런치 맛집들도 많아서 일찍 일어나서 브런치 먹는것도 추천드립니다 처음 도착했을때는 맛집 근처라 사람들이 많아서 당황했는데 저녁되니까 거짓말처럼 모두 사라지고 조용해져서 좋았습니다 바로앞에 편의점도 있었어요

The house was decorated so beautifully and it was very clean. It was located in a very convenient area with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. However we did not know that we had to pay to use dishes and cookware. Overall we had a great time!
