Hey, I'm Nesangseuhotel DH!

We stayed in this hotel to complete our quarantine after testing positive for Covid-19. We were surprised at how little information was available about quarantine regulations. For instance, on the third day, when we asked if we could have some breakfast delivered, we were told that the hotel doesn't do breakfast but that we could go out to get takeaway food (while in quarantine)! It would have been nice to know that on the first day! The garbage bags were insufficient and the labels on the white bags were misleading. Only on the last day, when asking for more bags, were we told what each bag type was for.

Staffs are very friendly and can speak English. Room is clean. Many food and shops nearby

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful both before, during and after my stay! They helped me order food from the delivery apps as I was unable to do so myself and helped me book a taxi when it was time for me to leave. The room was clean and nice. Super thankful for all the help I received during my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

코로나 양성이라는 뜻밖의 상황에서, 이 호텔이 받아들여 주었습니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗했고, 목욕도 분사식 욕조가 갖추어져, 격리 생활에서도 쾌적하게 보낼 수있었습니다. 호텔 주변에는 수많은 레스토랑과 상점이 있어 위치도 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 스탭도 매우 친절하고, 정말로 신세를 졌습니다.
