Parties, loud noises, and late-night activities that disturb the sleep of neighbors are prohibited. ★The surrounding area is a residential area, and you live on the upper or lower floors, so any actions that may cause inconvenience to the surrounding area, such as talking loudly indoors or outdoors after 10 pm, are prohibited. (Especially, be careful of noise between rooms) ★ Absolutely no smoking indoors (immediate departure if caught) ★ No visits other than those who have made a reservation ★ Compensation claims for damage to the building, damage to wallpaper, contamination of bedding, etc. ☆Caution☆ Reservations made for the purpose of drinking and staying up late at night I refuse.
