hello? This is Seoul Romantic House. It is a small, small house with 1-4 floors + attic for 1 household newly built 4 years ago. Build special memories in a rare private house located 5 minutes on foot on flat ground on line 2 :) 1st floor: entrance 2nd floor: queen size bed, bathroom (bathtub) 3rd floor: kitchen and living room 4th floor: super single mattress (reservation for 5 people) City), washer + dryer, bathroom, terrace Attic: Queen size mattress - System air conditioner on the 2nd and 3rd floors, system air conditioner on the 4th floor - Dishwasher, styler, Kanston, diatomaceous earth finish (corridor) - There is a food processor to dispose of food waste You don't have to go out. - 4 cctvs in operation outside the house * Upon request, a discount on the library on the 1st floor is provided:) Take our own time in a newly built detached house in the station area in downtown Seoul_*
House Rule
1) Check-in time is 3pm. The host directly helps guide check-in so that you can adapt to the house system. Please keep the check-in time? 2) No smoking in the building. Please keep it safe for everyone's safety from fire. 3) It is located in a quiet residential area, so noisy parties on the outdoor terrace are not possible. A simple tea time to enjoy outdoors is possible:) 4) WeHome kindly provides direct assistance with payment and proof of receipt. 5) Only at night time (7:00 pm - 8:00 am), parking is allowed in the designated resident priority parking area nearby. The airport limousine stop is 3-4 minutes on foot, and the subway is 5-6 minutes on foot, so a walking tour is recommended :) 6) There are many duplex stairs inside, so it can be difficult to move with a carrier (you have to carry it on wooden stairs) ). Backpacks are recommended:) 7) Pets are not allowed. 8) If balloons or decorations are attached, a compensation fee will be charged for wallpaper damage. Please note. 9) Receive a deposit of 100,000 won. If it is not damaged, damaged or lost, it will be returned as it is :)
