After passing Jeonnong Market, continue straight for about 200 meters, and you will see Jeonnong-dong Community Center. Make a right turn here. Keep going straight for about 50 meters, and you will find 206-14 Jeonnong-dong. The building is on the third floor, Room 301. Dongshin Plant is located on the first floor of the building.

**Guidelines on accommodation usage**
**1. Check-in/Check-out**
- Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.
- Please contact the host for early check-in and rate check-out.
**2. Parking**
- Parking in the building is not possible.
- You have to use the paid parking lot (all Nongdong public parking lot) just 5 seconds away from the building. (Parking fee is paid by guest)
- Public parking lot address: 56, Jeonnong-ro 17-gil, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul
**3. Smoking**
- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation (including e-cigarettes)
**4. Cooking**
- The kitchen has various cooking utensils, microwaves, coffee pots, toast machines, and induction.
**5. Party**
- The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Please refrain from making noise after 10 p.m.!
**6. Reserved number of people and outsiders**
- Additional people and visitors other than those booked are prohibited.
- Outdoor CCTV is installed and will be checked out without a refund if caught.
**7. Pet**
- Due to the safety of the accommodation, you cannot enter with your dog.
**8. Laundry**
- It is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, so it is convenient to use.
**9. Other and Precautions**
- Put food waste in the food waste bin, wash the dishes, and put the dishes on the dish dryer.
- For recycled waste and general waste, please classify plastic, cans, paper, and vinyl into the trash cans placed in the room.
- Please use the facilities in the accommodation carefully, and the host will not be responsible for accidents caused by carelessness.
- Separate costs may occur if furniture, items are damaged, lost, or contaminated in the accommodation after checking out.
