1) zzanggu House is located a 3-minute walk from Hapjeong Station on Lines 2 and 6. 5 minutes by car from Hongik University Station!
Limited to subway stations. There is an elevator

2) Entire house, 3 rooms + living room + kitchen + 2 bathrooms!
(Basic reservation for 4 people, maximum 10 people, additional bedding can be provided for additional people)

*3 rooms (5 queen beds + 2 bathrooms)
*It has a spacious living room and kitchen, so it is suitable for small gatherings such as families.
*A wide table and 65-inch smart TV are provided. (Available on local cable)

3) Cooking is possible, and hot and cold water purifier + microwave + refrigerator are provided.
4) There is a washing machine and dryer.
5) Parking is available for one car in the building, but parking may be difficult depending on the situation. Detailed information will be provided after reservation.
*There is an elevator.
*We maintain a comfortable environment through regular contracts with quarantine companies.

6) CCTV is installed at the building entrance and entrance. It can only be used by reserved people. (If there are more visitors, consultation is required and additional charges apply.)

★Parking

*Parking is available for one vehicle in the building.
*This is not parking in a designated spot, so if someone else's vehicle is there, you must ask them to leave.

★Refund

*Refund requests that violate Airbnb’s refund policy are not possible.

*Basic 4 people (25,000 won per person added from 5 people)
*If you have entered the correct number of people in your current reservation, there is no additional charge.

★Separate waste collection

*In Korea, the way you dispose of trash is very important.
*You must follow the rules for separating waste and recycling.
*If you dispose of trash incorrectly, you may be fined by the government, so if this is difficult, please let us know.

★ Noise at night

* Drinking parties are strictly prohibited in the accommodation.
* There is a housing complex within the property.
Please be careful of noise after 22:00. ?

★ Washer and dryer available times

* Noise and vibration occur when using a washing machine or dryer.
Therefore, use is restricted at night.
* The power is automatically turned off after 22:00.

★No visits

*Additional visits other than those who have made a reservation are prohibited. If there are people visiting even for a short period of time, you must consult with the host and additional charges may apply.
*If there are more people than agreed upon, 50,000 won per person will be charged. (Twice the regular price) CCTV is installed at the entrance.

★No smoking indoors

*If you smoke indoors, you will be charged a special cleaning fee or wallpapering fee to remove odor (up to 1 million won).
*Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Please smoke outside the building.

★Bedding and towel stains

*Please let us know in advance if the bedding or towels become contaminated while using them.
*If you have recently dyed your hair, use it with a towel on top of the pillow.
*If there is a stain, please remove it first by rubbing it with the dish detergent in the accommodation.
*If washing is not possible, purchase cost will be charged.

★In case of late check-out

*Check-out time is 11 am.
*If you check out after 11 a.m., you will be charged 20,000 won per hour.
*If there is a problem with the next guest's room due to late check-out, the damage amount will be charged. (50% to 100% of the day’s lodging cost)

★Check-in & check-out time

*Check-in: After 16:00
*Check-out: 11am

★Luggage storage & early check-in & late check-out additional cost

*Luggage storage is available after 11:30 a.m. before check-in and is free.
*Luggage storage is not possible after check-out due to cleaning.
