[No parties/noise] It's a really quiet residential area. This is not a suitable accommodation if you enjoy parties or excessive drinking. Please be absolutely quiet after 10pm. We have a good relationship with the neighboring households and are operating after receiving their consent, so in case of noise, the host is immediately contacted. In case of noise complaints, you will be removed from the room without refund. [Check-in/check-out] Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 11:00. When entering the room after 10pm, please come in quietly so as not to disturb the neighbors. [Non-smoking] Please absolutely no smoking. Please do not smoke on the balcony and in front of the villa building! If smoking is caught, you may be liable for contamination of bedding/wallpaper. [Outside access] Non-face-to-face check-in is performed through the CCTV at the entrance. You can rest assured that only the entrance is illuminated.
