It is located in the downtown area, so it is easy to use by public transportation, and the free dedicated parking lot makes it convenient for both people to use their own car. House Rule
*Check once again that all power is turned off when leaving or checking out. Additional fees will be charged if excessive maintenance fees (electricity, water, boiler, etc.) exceed normal usage. *Please place general waste in a volume-rate bag when checking out, and use the separate collection area at the parking lot entrance on the 1st floor for separate collection. *As it is a place where actual residents live, it is sensitive to noise. If there is a complaint due to noise, you may be forced to leave the room. Refunds for this are not possible. *Absolutely no smoking indoors. When smoking, a smoking detector will be activated, and guests will be fully responsible for compensating for firefighting/legal damage resulting from this. *The maximum number of “no-entry” people other than the number of reservations is 2. All visitors must have a reservation, and if the number of visitors exceeds the number of reservations, an additional fee of 5 times the basic number will be charged. If you change the number of people, please let us know in advance.
