There are many restaurants around the house, but the accommodation is quiet and clean. Accommodation is either an old house in a building or a well-maintained detached terrace house. There is a terrace on the veranda of the house, and an awning is installed on the terrace to make you feel as if you are at a coffee shop or restaurant, and an independent table is also installed. Ivy trees and light bulbs are installed on the terrace, so you can feel the warmth of an independent space in the heart of Seoul. In addition, there is Soonchunhyang Hospital within a 1-minute walk near the accommodation, and it is located in Yongsan, so it is quickly located anywhere in Gangnam, Gangbuk, and Gyeonggi area. It is located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, the hottest place in Seoul, so if you walk a little upwards from the accommodation, you can go to Itaewon Cafe Street and take a bus. If you go to Hanjeong Station, you will find Garosu-gil. Also, the Han River is a 5-minute walk away, and there are many restaurants around the house, but the accommodation is quiet and clean.

However, there is no need to worry as smoking is permitted outside the property. 6) Private meals are available on the terrace. 7) A desk is prepared in the master bedroom so that you can do personal work. 8) Parking is impossible, but there are many paid parking lots in Hannam-dong, so you don't have to worry. 9) An international multi-plug is installed so that you can conveniently use electronic products used abroad.
