- Very close to the center of Itaewon.
- 3 minutes by car from the subway station and 7 minutes on foot from the bus stop
- Convenience store in 2 minutes, laundry room in 2 minutes, bank in 5 minutes, supermarket in 3 minutes
- Therefore, it is very convenient for sightseeing in Itaewon and Seoul and business trips. - Use the entire independent space of the accommodation.
- It is a quiet area and has a cozy home feel.

Welcome to my place! I hope you have a wonderful time in this cozy home away from home.
- Check-out time is strictly at 11 AM. (Late check-out is not available.)
- Cleaning service is provided only upon check-out for consecutive stays.
- No pets allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 4 people to maintain a pleasant environment. Any unregistered visitors found on the premises will be asked to leave.
- Please minimize noise between floors. As the property is located in a quiet residential area, parties that may disturb neighbors are not permitted. (Please reduce conversation, TV volume, etc., after 10 PM.)
- No smoking inside the building (a fine of 150,000 won will be imposed if detected). Ventilation is required when cooking, and eating in the bedroom is prohibited.
- The TV offers smart features for YouTube, Netflix, Tving, etc. (Please use the guest account provided.)

숙소가 전체적으로 리모델링을 최근에 깔끔하게 한거같더라구여ㅎㅎ 너무 깔끔하고 숙소 잘 찾았다고 생각했어요!
이태원역이랑 도보 20분이라 접근성은 별 4개로 했어요
주택가에 있어서 첨에 찾는데 당황했지만
