House rules

1. Absolutely no smoking indoors. 2. Pets are not allowed. 3. Please adhere to check-in/check-out times. (Early check-in and late check-out are charged hourly and can be done after prior confirmation.) 4. Dispose of garbage must be separated. We will notify you separately on how to dispose of garbage upon entering. 5. CCTV is installed at the outside entrance, and non-face-to-face check-in is a principle. 6. Additional fees will be charged when booking for more than 3 people. 7. It is not allowed to enter the room other than the number of reservations. If you check in overtime, you will be asked to leave without a refund. 8. There is no private parking lot. You must search for a paid parking lot near Gyeongbokgung Station and use it.

Hello Seochon / Entire 2 story detached house

Our house is located in a quiet and pretty neighborhood called Seochon near Gyeongbokgung Station. The entire two-story detached house is used, and there is a small yard and a rooftop where you can hang laundry. 5 minutes walk from Gyeongbokgung Station! Convenient transportation access. This Seochon alley lined with cafes and restaurants is a quiet street that is not noisy. There are many famous attractions around the house. Most of them are representative of Seoul. Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwanghwamun Square, National Palace Museum, Tongin Market, Blue House, Contemporary Art Museum, Bukchon, and Insa-dong are within a 10- to 20-minute walk. Seochon is also called Sejong Village, the birthplace of King Sejong the Great. Have a relaxing time with the charm of this place. When you open the gate and enter, there is a small private yard and a small rooftop. The roof is sunny all day, so laundry dries well. Each floor consists of an entrance, 2 bedrooms, a living room + kitchen, and a bathroom, so 2 teams can live independently. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 bathrooms on two floors, so a total of 11 people can stay. Each floor kitchen has pots and frying pans of each size required for cooking, and a set of dishes, bowls, plates, mugs and cutlery is provided. There is no separate seasoning for personal hygiene. We promise the cleanliness of the accommodation with sincere cleaning. Towels and blankets are sterilized and replaced every time. The hotel housekeeping manager takes care of the housekeeping. We carry out disinfection every time after guests leave.
