The newly opened Ryu House Village is suitable for international students for self-quarantine or long-term stay, accommodation, business, or travel.
After check-in procedures at the guest house, we will walk you to your room and guide you. -
Location-Located in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, a 10-minute walk from Apgujeong Station. -How to get there-Upon request, we can reserve a special quarantine pickup vehicle. (Price is the price specified in Seoul) 1. Airport pick-up --> Gangnam-gu public health center screening and waiting --> Transfer to the accommodation after inspection: 85,000 won per time 2. Airport pick-up --> 70,000 won if coming directly to the accommodation -> Public Health Center --> Accommodation 40,000 won * 10% VAT will be added when using a credit card for transportation.
-All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook as much as you want. In addition, we will inform you of six contacts, including high-quality bento companies, Chinese restaurants, and snack shops. If you install delivery applications such as "Delivery People" and "Yogiyo", you can order almost all food menus. For all other ingredients including daily necessities, we recommend E-Mart Mall and Coupang app.
-Public Transportation-About 10 minutes from Exit 4 of Apgujeong Station on Line 3, which passes through almost all tourist attractions in Seoul. Garosu-gil is close to fashion, boutiques, and many dessert cafes. It is also located close to many plastic surgery streets in Gangnam. COEX and Jamsil Lotte World can also be reached within 30 minutes by public transportation. We are waiting for you with a warm heart. 홀로 지내는거라 치안 문제가 제일 걸렸는데 동네 자체도 조용하고 안전해서 좋았습니다. 먼지 한톨 없이 깨끗한건 아니지만 이 정도면 깔끔하다고 생각됩니다. 넉넉하고 깨끗한 수건에 놀랐고, 주방시설도 잘 되어있습니다. 방도 꽤 넓습니다. 편의점도 바로 앞, 도보 10분 내로 작은 마트도 있고 공원도 있습니다. 단점은 엘리베이터가 없는 건물이라 무거운 캐리어가 있다면 체크인아웃 순간만은 좀 힘드실 수 있습니다만 이 정도는 감당하고 재숙박할 의사 있을만큼 만족합니다.

Denny, the host, offered me this great apartment/villa. The place is very spacious, quiet, super clean and very nicely and modernly furnished. Equipped with everything you need. Location is also great, with just 5 minutes away from the Subway station. Denny is a great host, immediately responding and helping with anything during my my whole stay. A perfect stay for me! Thanks Denny!!

I spent 6 days of isolation in this place. The room is fully equipped for living. There is a refrigerator, a gas stove, a microwave, a TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning. The room is clean, comfortable.
