• We operate our accommodation with the valuable consent of our neighbors. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties, and please use the space quietly after 10 PM. If noise complaints arise, we may have to ask you to vacate the premises without a refund.

• Our stay is a non-smoking area. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, and we kindly request that you do so quietly.

• Cooking with strong odors, such as frying, grilling fish, or meats, is not allowed.

• Please treat our furniture and utensils with care, keeping them clean. Dyeing is strictly prohibited. In the event of damage or stains, we may charge for the replacement or repair of furniture and utensils.

• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises.

• To support environmental conservation, we do not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or bottled water. However, there is a convenience store just a 1-minute walk away where you can easily obtain these items.

• We are open to allowing commercial photography with prior notice and permission.
