This is KOZY STAY located near Wangsimni Station. It is a very quiet house beyond Exit 10, and anyone can come and stay comfortably. As rooms near Wangsimni Station are very expensive, we try to help you stay at a reasonable price.

House Rule

1. Each room is designed for single occupancy only.

2. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

3. Please refrain from making noise or engaging in phone calls after 10 PM, as there may be other guests or the host staying in adjacent rooms.

4. Dispose of your garbage in the separate recycling bins located in the living room (corridor) or in the designated trash cans.

5. If the bathroom is occupied, please be patient as someone else may be using it.

6. Due to safety reasons, the use of gas stoves is prohibited. (However, a microwave is available for your use!)
