Welcome to Palgongment!

This lodging is located at the foot of Palgongsan Mountain and is a healing lodging with plenty of sunlight from the morning. There is a Daebaek Mart, a bakery, a restaurant, and a cafe nearby, and you can take a walk around Donghwacheon Stream.
If you have any inconveniences or need anything, please feel free to contact the host! We will solve it as quickly as possible.

It is located 5 minutes away from Pagunjae IC, and you can reach Palgongsan Donghwa District by car in 17 minutes. You can also visit delicious restaurants and pretty cafes located on Palgongsan Mountain.
The nearby new towns, Yeongyeong District and Isiapolis, have well-equipped infrastructure such as hospitals and movie theaters, and both can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
Dongdaegu Station is 20 minutes away by car, and Daegu International Airport is 12 minutes away.

[Cleanliness]
Before checking in, the cleaning company cleans the room and then I personally double check. Bedding and towels are provided after being washed at a laundromat.
[Space]
Living room - There is an 80-inch beam projector screen, a two-seater sofa, air conditioner, and a wooden table. A Marshall Bluetooth speaker is also available.
Bedroom 1 – Experience a relaxing night’s sleep in Mirage’s king-size bed!
Bedroom 2 - Has a bunk bed and desk. You can also see the sound of birds chirping and the scenery beyond the window.
Kitchen - There is a gas stove, air fryer, microwave, cooking utensils, pressure rice cooker, tableware, and refrigerator.
Dressing room - Mirror, dressing table, storage cabinet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, cleaning tools, etc. are provided.
Veranda - There is a table for one person, and you can enjoy a romantic tea time with warm sunlight during the day and lights at night. There is also ample storage.
Bathroom - We have prepared a bathtub, shampoo, conditioner (hair pack), body wash, toothpaste, cleansing foam, and bath salt.
Back veranda - There is a washing machine, detergent, and drying rack.

+ For the sake of your neighbors, please be careful about noise between floors. Disturbance after 10 o'clock is also prohibited. + Parking is available in the apartment parking lot, and there is no limit to the number of parking spaces. + We are sorry, but entry of pets is restricted. + Additional people not specified in the reservation/visits by outsiders without prior arrangement are prohibited. Additional costs will be incurred if unidentified persons are found entering in the future. + All rooms, including the bathroom, are non-smoking. You can smoke in the pavilion right next to the first floor. + You must compensate for damage to furniture, props, or property in the accommodation. Please be careful about fire. + Barbecuing on the veranda is strictly prohibited due to fire risk. Violation may result in eviction. + I would appreciate it if you could separate recycling :)
