Hello, this is a quiet stay located near Konkuk University Station. It is a quiet home where you can leave quiet memories with family, lovers, and friends. - 4 queen size beds in 3 rooms - There is a large table in the living room where you can eat and chat together, and there are chairs for 7 people. - You can enjoy Wi-Fi, YouTube, and even Netflix on the 43-inch TV. - Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and plenty of towels are provided. - Famous restaurants and emotional cafes are available near the accommodation. - Bedding is washed and dried at high temperature, sterilized, so you can feel clean and like at home. No parking: Use nearby public parking lot (paid) ▶ Precautions 1. Top and bottom There are students living here, so please refrain from making excessive noise. 2. No additional guests or visitors other than the number reserved (if caught, you will be asked to leave the room without refund) 3. Please wash the dishes and do basic cleaning. - If you need early check-in, please let us know in advance. 4. Please separate recycling. 5. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including bathrooms in the accommodation. 6. Furniture cannot be moved within the accommodation. 7. Washers and dryers can be used with a reservation of at least 4 days. 8. We would appreciate it if you turned off the electricity and air conditioner when leaving the room, and opened the bathroom window. * Please note that costs will apply in case of smoking, breakage, damage or loss. * Please inquire in advance about filming and events.
