(Take the bus to Cheonho Station, Cheonho Station to Jamsil, Jamsil to Seolleung) *Additional explanation - There are many hospitals and pharmacies nearby, and if you go toward Cheonho Station, there are many convenient facilities such as CGV, E-Mart, and Hyundai Department Store. - The house is close to the food alley, so there are many restaurants and bars. (It's not noisy at all because the floor is high.) - There's a Starbucks right below the officetel, so it's convenient. - There is a security guard stationed at the officetel, and you can enter after entering the password on the first floor, so it is safe. - The 17th floor is the top floor, so above is the rooftop. So no worries about noise between floors :)
