- It is a full-glass duplex on the 17th floor with sunlight and a great view. - Modern interior in clean white tones. - This is a fully equipped room with a queen bed and styler. - I am looking for a new home early, so I am renting it for a short period of time. I moved in after moving in and cleaning on April 23, and it has been kept clean during that time. This house has a lot of good memories for me, so I hope you leave happy memories during your stay. *Transportation - It is a 5-8 minute walk to Gangdong Station. - It’s a 15-20 minute walk to Cheonho Station. - There is a bus stop right in front of the house to Cheonho Station, so if you take bus number 130, you will arrive within 10 minutes. - It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to Seolleung Station. (Take the bus to Cheonho Station, Cheonho Station to Jamsil, Jamsil to Seolleung) *Additional explanation - There are many hospitals and pharmacies nearby, and if you go toward Cheonho Station, there are many convenient facilities such as CGV, E-Mart, and Hyundai Department Store. - The house is close to the food alley, so there are many restaurants and bars. (It's not noisy at all because the floor is high.) - There's a Starbucks right below the officetel, so it's convenient. - There is a security guard stationed at the officetel, and you can enter after entering the password on the first floor, so it is safe. - The 17th floor is the top floor, so above is the rooftop. So no worries about noise between floors :)
