This is Yellow Butter House, which creates sweet and cozy memories like butter :) We will warm up your winter days! It is close to the vibrant Hongdae, Sangsu, Mangwon, Hapjeong, and Sinchon. There is a subway station, bus stop, convenience store, and Starbucks within a 3-4 minute walk. It is a relaxation space located in a quiet residential area near the station. The 3-room & 4-bed structure has three rooms: a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Enjoy everything from dining to working or watching a movie at the large, sturdy wooden table in the living room. The bright kitchen is also suitable for light cooking and gatherings. *Check-in at 17:00, check-out at 12:00 *No parking available
House Rule
- Neighbors live on the 1st and 3rd floors, so please be careful not to make loud noise after 10 p.m. - Please do not open the kitchen window. Grease and moisture may enter the boiler room. - Please ventilate the kitchen through the living room window or gas range hood! - The door in the smallest room leads to the boiler room and warehouse, and entry is prohibited for the safety of guests. - Please refrain from eating foods with strong odors, such as seafood dishes, grilled meat including pork belly, and malatang, as this may cause inconvenience to the next guest. - The gray roll in the sink is not a kitchen towel, but a disposable scrubber that you tear off one sheet at a time! - If wallpaper or other items are damaged, we may request compensation depending on the severity, so we would appreciate it if you use it cleanly :) - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If you are caught smoking, a deep cleaning fee will be charged.
