Description
This is a quiet and cozy accommodation as a single-family home. It is located in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, a 5-minute walk from Sillim Station. You can use the Sillim Station commercial area, and there is good accessibility to Gangnam and Hongik University Station using Line 2 from Sillim Station. There is a living room and kitchen area where you can cook food. There is one queen bed and one super single bed, helping you sleep comfortably. As it is located in a residential area, out of consideration for the surrounding neighbors, please be careful of noise after 9 p.m.
House Rule
▶ Operating hours - Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 12:00 p.m. (This is the time for cleaning and organizing the room, so please follow it exactly.) ▶ How to dispose of trash - Put general trash and recyclable trash in separate bags and dispose of them on Sunday. Please leave it in front of the first floor entrance after 6pm until Thursday. (Please do not throw away trash on Fridays and Saturdays.) - Food waste can be placed in a separate food waste bag and disposed of after 6 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. (Please never put food waste or foreign substances in the toilet.) ▶ Instructions for use when cooking food - Please be sure to wash the dishes when cooking food. - Please cook only simple food. (Cooking dishes such as pork belly and grilled fish are restricted due to poor ventilation.) - The use of personal fires indoors is absolutely prohibited (gas burners, charcoal, candles, gunpowder, etc.). Use is restricted to prevent fire safety and other safety accidents.) ▶ Noise and other etiquette - The area near the accommodation is a residential area, so please be careful to avoid unpleasant incidents due to noise late at night. - Excessive drinking after 11pm and loud noises or disturbances may be grounds for forced eviction. Please understand that refunds are not possible in the event of forced departure. - Please refrain from using Bluetooth speakers after 9 p.m. and use them at a low volume. - Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the accommodation, and if you smoke, please use the smoking area outside the building. - Pets are not allowed in the room.
