Navit Stay is a space full of clean and cozy sensibility. [What is Navit Stay] Navit means a child as bright and bright as light in pure Korean, and the butterfly that symbolizes Navit Stay means good luck. We hope that luck as bright as light will be with you during your stay at Navit Stay. [Space] There are two rooms, and each room has a queen-size bed, making it great for staying with family or making memories with friends. (In small rooms, there is not much free space under the bed, so tall men may feel a little stuffy.) [Kitchen] The kitchen is equipped with various cooking utensils such as microwaves, frying pans, pots, seasonings, and tableware to enable cooking. We have prepared. One 500ml bottle of water is provided per person. [Bathroom] This bathroom has a shower area and toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, and shower towels are provided. (2 towels are provided per person per night. May vary for multiple stays.) [Laundry] A washing machine and dryer are provided for use when staying multiple nights. [Fully equipped with air conditioning and heating facilities] The warm boiler is operating and the temperature can be controlled. Air conditioning is provided in the large room. [TV & Wifi available] Wifi has been installed in the accommodation for use, and various channels such as Netflix and YouTube can be used on the TV. (Netflix accounts are not provided separately, so please use your personal ID.) [Easy accessibility] 1. A 2-minute walk from Bomun Station, the transfer point for Line 6 and Uisinseol Line, and about a 10-minute walk from Sungshin Women's University Station, Line 4. It is located well and has good accessibility to the downtown area. It is also convenient to travel to tourist attractions by using the nearby subway. 2. It's a nearby university, so it's also good for students staying overnight. (15 minutes on foot from Sungshin Women's University, 5 minutes by car at Korea University, 5 minutes by car at Hansung University) 3. About 10 minutes on foot from Korea University Hospital (4 minutes by car), about 20 minutes from Seoul National University Hospital using public transportation (273, 272 buses) It takes a while, so you can rest comfortably.
House Rule
1. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the building. If caught, a penalty may apply. 2. Pets are not allowed. Please maintain a clean environment for the next guests. Not even small animals. 3. After 11pm is manner time. Because it is located in a residential area where other neighbors live, even small noises can be easily heard late at night. Thank you for your consideration. 4. Separate collection and disposal of food waste - Please place general waste in the provided 10L bag and tie it tightly. - Place food waste in the bag provided, place it in the bin, and close the lid tightly. - Separate waste can be placed on one side of the kitchen. 5. It is comfortably managed by using a bug extermination company on a regular basis. However, please note that since it is located on the first floor of the house and is an old house, bugs may come in from outside. 6. Additional costs may apply for excessive gas, electricity, and water use. (Any amount exceeding 10,000 won per day will be charged upon check-out.) 7. There is no parking lot, so please use public transportation.
