This is a single-family home in Jeju with a land area of 300 pyeong and a floor space of 80 pyeong (main house (building on the left of the entrance to the main accommodation) of 50 pyeong, annex building of 30 pyeong).
Please note that only the main building is currently in operation.
This property is a month-to-month rental house and is not a lodging business. (Available from 2 weeks)
There are many differences from accommodations or hotels, so please pay attention to the accommodation description.
Please understand that we are unable to provide towels and bathroom amenities due to rental business regulations.
All necessities for everyday life are provided, including a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, dishes, pots, and frying pans.
All you need to do is bring towels and bathroom amenities!
During the period of use, the tenant is responsible for any safety accidents such as fire or theft that may occur due to the absence of a manager in the house.
The rental contract cannot be subleased or transferred to another person.
Because it is a short-term rental, we do not operate short-term accommodations such as 1 night or 2 nights.
Utility fees other than rent are charged based on the amount used.
This accommodation consists of two buildings: the main building (building on the left of the main accommodation entrance) and an annex (building on the right of the entrance)!
Only one team accepted at a time!
The main house (building on the left of the main accommodation entrance) can accommodate up to 6 people.
It consists of two rooms (two king-size beds) + kitchen + bathroom + living room + utility room.
There are two beds, and a mat for two can be provided.
Currently, only the main house is open and reservations are available.
Separate buildings are not operated.
If you have a large number of people and would like to request separate accommodation, please contact us.
A management fee deposit of 1 million won is required in advance.
(Cleaning fee of 300,000 won, product damage fee upon departure, gas boiler, electricity bill, and water usage amount checked upon arrival and departure to settle the amount) We will assist you in returning the product after deducting the amount used. Customers are also requested to take photos of the entry/exit meters and keep them.
There is someone who takes care of cleaning, but there is no resident manager and the house is operated unmanned, so we provide you with the house password the day before you move in :)
It is located in a luxury residential town near Pyoseon Seongeup Folk Village.
There are three convenience stores within a 5-minute walk, and Pyoseon Seongeup Hanaro Mart is a 10-minute walk away.
Seongsan Ilchulbong, Pyoseon-myeon Beach, and delicious restaurants are located within 20 minutes by car.
Please note that due to the condition of the accommodation, pets are not allowed in the room.
