Gongdeok STAY's drink
It is a pure Korean word that means to visit next door or visit my neighbor,
I'd like to give you comfort and relaxation as if you're visiting your neighbor's house
I will do my best to make it a place where I can relax and chat quietly with my family and friends
It is located about 3 minutes on foot from Exit 10 of Gongdeok Station and has 3 steps, but it is a newly remodeled accommodation
There are two wide windows, and the sun shines warm on the room and living room
There are three rooms, one bathroom,
Hotel-style white bedding is used for bedding, and after washing every day, we use a dryer to take care of it hygienically
The kitchen has a highlight electric microwave, microwave, rice cooker, and coffee pot, and simple seasoning is also prepared,
We will do our best to make you feel comfortable during your stay
House Rule
@Our accommodation is located in a residential alley, so there is no parking lot. If you use public transportation such as the subway, or search for Hi-Parking Airport Railroad Gongdeok Station Branch in Everyone's Parking Lot, discounts are available after 5 p.m. Please be sure to search and avoid mistakes, @ Visitors other than the number of people booked are not allowed to enter the room, and the responsibility for this lies with the guest. CCTV is installed outside the entrance for security and occupancy checking. No filming is allowed inside the property. @All areas within the property are non-smoking!!!, Since fire alarms and gas alarms are installed, a separate fee of 100,000 won will be charged if there is an odor caused by smoking or if special cleaning is required. @Pets are absolutely not allowed! @Please be careful not to damage furniture or fixtures in the accommodation. @Cooking with fire hazards such as barbecue or fish cooking is prohibited. Delivery food or simple reheated cooking is allowed. @Separate general waste and garbage in the collection box provided in the accommodation. Please do so and gather food in one place @Our accommodation is located in a residential area. 호스트님이 친절하시고, 안내도 명확하게 해주셔서 지내는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다.
반지층이어도 각 방마다 창이 있고, 공기청정기도 있어서 쾌적합니다. 침구도 편안하고 포근했습니다.

역에서 가까워서 찾아가기 쉬웠어요. 근처에 맛집도 많고 가고 싶던 칵테일바도 바로 근처더라구요! 숙소는 엄청 깔끔했고 보일러가 잘 되어서 그런가 바닥도 뜨끈뜨끈하고 물도 수압도 센데 따끈했어요. 이불은 저희 집보다 좋네요...? 폭닥폭닥. 부엌에 그릇도 예쁘고 전자레인지나 인덕션이나 있어서 연박하기에도 좋을 것 같아요!

떨아이의 대학 입시 면접이 공덕역 인근에 있어서 깨끗하고 조용한 숙소를 찾았는데요.
오픈한 지 얼마되지 않은 완전 새 것들로만 채워진 예쁜 집에 머물 수 있어서 너무 행운이었어요.
숙소에 들어가자마자 까칠한 딸내미가 "우와~ 너무 좋다!"를 외치더라고요. 면접본다고 예민한 상태였는데 우선 기분이 좋아진 것에 정말 다행이라고 생각했어요.
무엇보다 방이 3개나 되고 침대도 너무 뽀송하고 푹신하고 떨내미와 따로 편하게 잘 수 있어서 좋았는데요. 아빠랑 동생도 여행 삼아 같이 왔어도 좋았겠다 싶더라고요.
화장실에 모든 필요한 세면도구들과 고데기, 헤어롤까지... 주방에는 오래 머물면서 식사를 다 준비해 먹을 수 있을 것 같은 모든 조리도구들까지...

위홈으로 처음 이용해 본 숙소 '마실' 정말 너무 편안하고 조용해서 다음에 또 서울에 올 일이 있으면 무조건 마실을 이용하고 싶네요. 사장님도 너무 친절하시고 배려를 많이 해 주셔서 감동이었습니다.
이렇게 쾌적한 숙소는 정말 오랜만이었어요.
