Hello.
Welcome to our accommodation. Here are some important guidelines for your stay:
1. Drugs and smoking are strictly prohibited in the home.
2. CCTV is installed outside the entrance for safety reasons.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Visitors are not allowed. Please check in according to the predetermined number of people. Please let me know in advance if there are any changes. Please let me know if you have any visitors. (Additional charges may apply.) Please cooperate to ensure a safe environment by following safety procedures.
5. Do not use bath towels as cleaning fabrics or footboards. The floor mop and footboard are provided separately. Due to contamination, special cleaning required for bath towels may incur additional charges.
6. Excessive use of electricity, gas, and water outside of normal life patterns can incur additional charges.
7. Please use the room cleanly and make sure it doesn't smell unpleasant. Stains, blood stains, vomit, etc. on furniture or bedding need to be specially cleaned and replaced, so cleaning and compensation may be charged.
8. Check-in is available after 3 p.m., and check-out is required until 11 a.m. Domestic service is not provided by default, and additional charges may be incurred if you request domestic service depending on the situation
9. If you need to cancel your reservation, it will be processed according to the cancellation policy.
10. Air conditioning is not available during winter (November to March).
11. Our accommodation is located in a residential area, so please lower your voice between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. as a courtesy to your neighbors.
