Description
This villa is located 10 minutes away from Bupyeong Station, 3 minutes away from Bupyeong Market, and 2 minutes away from Bupyeong Market Station, and is located in a station area with plenty of traditional markets and various restaurants and food nearby. It was up-modeled in March of this year and has three rooms and 57 square meters. Two rooms are used as bedrooms, and one small room is used as an office space and dryer room.
House Rule
1. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. We ask for your cooperation as we are securing cleaning time for the next guest. 2. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, so please understand. 3. If you want to smoke, you can use the smoking area of the Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance building across the street. 4. Since it is a residential area, you should refrain from drinking or dancing. 5. Please separate garbage and dispose of food waste. The food container is located next to the pillar at the entrance to the parking lot. Just remove the bag and put it in. ^^
