Description
This is a space that was transformed into a warm home through the hands of me, a space designer. We tried to create a space where you can relax and rest comfortably with an interior that is a combination of warm wood and white :) Knowing the full power that space gives, we filled every corner of the space with the guests in mind. The entrance is a semi-floor structure that goes down 5 stairs, but due to the slope of the land, only some rooms are lightly buried in the ground. The living room and master bedroom are spaces that you can confidently place in any sunny location. Have a comfortable time to recharge at Songpa Stay Relax :) - 10-minute walk from Songpa Station and Seokchon Station - 1-minute walk from Songpa 'Hanyang Park' bus stop - 10-minute walk from Songnidan-gil, a hot spot in Songpa - Walk to Seokchon Lake I recommend a nighttime lake walk, 15 minutes away :) - Living room 1 (can be used as a sofa bed), large room 1 (queen bed), small room 1 (super single bed)
House Rule
-This is a non-smoking place. (E-cigarettes are also prohibited.) We inform you that you cannot check out or refund immediately if you are caught smoking.
- Up to two pets that have been trained to defecate are allowed, but please let us know in advance when making a reservation.
-Please take care of the trash :)
-Please wash dishes when using tableware.
-It's a villa where I live with a neighbor. Please refrain from excessive noise.(No Party)

호스트님의 친절하고 빠른 답변과 깨끗하고 포근한 숙소가 정말 최고였습니다. 떠나기가 아쉬울 정도로 침구류도 너무 편안했구요. 필요한 것들이 모두 갖춰져있습니다 ㅎㅎ 인근엔 모두 주거지역에 주변에 작은 공원이 있긴한데 저녁에는 골목길이 조금 어둡긴 합니다. 그래도 숙소는 다시 서울오게되면 머무르고 싶을 정도로 완전 추천드립니다!!
