Hello, this is Pogeun House. - KakaoTalk: Cozy House - Cozy House is literally ready to help you spend a cozy day with that special someone. We paid the most attention to the beds and bedding, and prepared props and scents to provide a cozy feeling. - We also replace/place new, more luxurious props every month to provide a better environment at a reasonable price. - Cozy House is a two-room, two-story accommodation that reinterprets the interior of an old villa and interior design everything. - It is located 10 minutes away from Exit 2 of Hongik University Station, and there is a convenience store and coin laundry 2 minutes away from the accommodation. - Use for party purposes that cause loud noise is not permitted. (If there is a noise complaint after 22:00 or the police are dispatched, you will be forced to leave the room without a refund.) - Minors / pets are not allowed. - Toothbrushes, toothpaste, gargle, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, cotton swabs, cotton pads, hair ties, masks, hot packs, etc. are provided for guests to use comfortably. - Hair dryers, Kodaegi appliances, and air purifiers are also provided. - There is no separate parking space in the building. - There is a nearby Jinam building parking lot (paid) a 2-minute walk away. - There is a public parking lot a 5-minute walk away from 10pm to 11am (free).

Phogeun House accommodation precautions and usage rules - Please inform us of the check-in and check-out time by message. - Check-out is possible up to 12:00 and check-in is possible from at least 16:00. Please let us know in advance about earlier check-in and later check-out.
