Dodam Stay is located in the vicinity of Cho Station, a 1-minute walk from Shinpung Station on Subway Line 7, and is a semi-basement two-room multi-family house equipped with a bedroom, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Dodam Stay provides a pleasant environment with a modern and comfortable interior. - 500Mbps Wi-Fi is provided and you can watch Netflix on the large 50-inch TV. - A queen-size bed, hotel-style bedding, and towels are provided, and each room has air conditioning, so you can relax comfortably. - We provide a safe environment by installing fire extinguishers, automatic diffusion fire extinguishers, and individual alarms. - Complimentary bottled water and various tea bags are provided per person. Around Dodam Stay, there are small cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores that are easily accessible. Using convenient public transportation, you can easily travel to Yeouido and outlet shopping spots such as Gasan Digital Complex, Gangnam, Hongdae, and Myeongdong. Have a nice trip with Dodam Stay!

※ Please understand all of the following before making a reservation. When making a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms below. 0. Dodam Stay is filming CCTV at the entrance for safety and security reasons. 1. Because it is located in a residential area, please refrain from holding excessively loud parties. 2. Simple cooking is possible, but cooking food with strong odors such as meat or fish is prohibited. (If the smell interferes with your next reservation, you may be charged a fee.) 3. The furniture and all fixtures provided at Dodam Stay are valuable assets of Dodam Stay and are often difficult to obtain again. Please note that you will be charged a fee if it is damaged, contaminated, or lost. 4. Entry and visitation other than the number of people reserved (maximum 2 people) is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. Use by minors is prohibited. 5. All spaces within Dodam Stay are non-smoking areas. (Including electronic cigarettes, an additional fee of 200,000 won will be charged for smoking.) 6. When checking out, please wash dishes and organize supplies for the next guest. 7. Sort and dispose of recyclable waste such as cans, bottles, and food scraps. 8. Dodam Stay signed a contract with Care One and installed terminix traps, which are harmless to the human body, throughout the interior to control pests. To ensure continued effectiveness, please do not move or discard the trap location. 9. We are not responsible for loss of valuables. In case of an accident caused by the user's negligence, all responsibility lies with the user. 10. Please observe the check-in and check-out times of 15:00 and 11:00. The door password and check-in instructions will be sent to the reservation holder via Airbnb message one day prior to check-in. In case of late check-out, an additional fee of 10,000 won per 30 minutes will be charged.

호스트의 친절한 설명에 방문 전부터 기분이 좋았습니다. 약도까지 있어서 집은 찾기 정말 편했고 숙소는 사진에 보이는 것처럼 깔끔하고 예뻤어요. 이 가격에 이 정도 퀄리티의 숙소라니? 엄청 감탄했구요. 근처에 일이 있다면 재방문의사 100프로 입니다 ㅠㅠ 내 집이고싶은 숙소에요.
굳이굳이 단점을 꼽자면 대문과 현관사이가 좁은데 문여는 방향이 대문은 현관방향, 현관은 대문방향으로 열리는 구조라 큰 짐이 있다면 좀 힘들 수도 있다는거?

찾아가기 어려울줄 알았는데 위치설명을 상세히
해주셔서 찾아가기 쉬웠습니다 ㅎㅎ 내부 냄새나 습기 온도 등등 다 너무너무 좋았고 인테리어 신경쓰신거같아 너무 편히 쉬다 갑니다 주차가 조금 곤란했는데 주변에 주민센터도있고 공영주차장도있어서 이용하면 될거같아요
장난치다 실수로 선반도 부셔먹었는데 ㅜㅜ 호스트님이 괜찮다고 다치진않으셧냐고 걱정부터 해주시더라고요 다음에도 올일 있으면 꼭오겠습니다 ㅎㅎ 잘쉬다갑니다Oct 2023
