Description
1. This is a semi-basement, private space located near Samsung Seoul Hospital. The two rooms have a queen bed and a super single bed, as well as a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Kitchen utensils and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hand wash, towels) are provided. 2. Daecheong Station and Samsung Seoul Hospital are a 5-10 minute walk away, and Ilwon-dong Taste Street and a convenience store are 30 seconds away. 3. You can watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV in the living room. (You cannot watch regular cable TV.) 4. There are no laundry facilities in the accommodation, but there is a laundromat 30 seconds away. 5. Parking is not possible in front of the accommodation, but there is a public parking lot near Ilwon-dong Taste Street and a public parking lot at Yeonghee Elementary School. 6. CCTV is installed outside the entrance door to check guests' arrival and departure and to ensure safety. (Only the host can view the CCTV.)
House Rule
1. This is an accommodation for slow travelers. Check-in is available from 8 PM and check-out is until 5 PM. 2. The air conditioner is only installed in the living room, but each room is equipped with a high-performance circulator, so you can use it together. 3. You must remain completely quiet between 11 PM and 7 AM. This is the most important rule. Except for Mybib House, the other houses in this building are ordinary homes. Please note that if there is a noise complaint from a neighbor, no refund will be given and you may be asked to leave the room. 4. Parties are absolutely prohibited. 5. As a non-smoking property, cleaning and wallpapering fees may be charged for smoking in the property, including electronic cigarettes. 6. Cooking meat, fish, etc. that may cause discomfort to the next guest is prohibited and an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
