House Rule
- Parking information. There is no parking space because it is an old residential area. .Public parking lot location: 72 Sungmun-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul Sogeumnaru Library (200 won per 5 minutes) - Guide to using the kitchen .Simple cooking is possible. However, avoid food with a lot of oil or strong smell (ex snow crab, etc.). - Guidelines on damage, contamination, and loss. .No pets allowed. In case of damage, contamination, or loss of items during use, you will be responsible for compensation for damages. .In case of unexpected damage or contamination, please contact the host immediately. .In the event of damage/contamination without prior notice, a claim for compensation is inevitable. - Information on safety and consideration. This is a building with neighbors. Complaints may come in due to noise between floors, so please reduce the noise and enjoy. .In case of continued complaints, you will be removed from the room and no refund will be given. .Basic washing of dishes upon check-out is a consideration for the next guest and host. .Absolutely no smoking in the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the accommodation and be sure to take your cigarette butts with you.
