stay. normal things, located a little away from the downtown area of Yeonnam-dong, is a place that retains the old Yeonnam-dong style, where only acquaintances come.

During the day, cool winds come in through a large window, and the evening sun permeates warmly to create a feeling of travel.

The morning sun wakes you up brightly, but it makes you feel good.

Listen to music through speakers that require a little effort at sunset and wrap up your exciting day by sitting at the living room table drinking tea or alcohol.

House Rule

Directions - Room 202, 2nd floor, 104, Seongmisan-ro 17-gil, Mapo-gu - It is within a 5-minute walk from Exit 3 of Gajwa Station. - Get off at Hongik University Station Exit 2 and take the village bus (Mapo 06) to arrive at the hotel within 10 minutes. - From Hongik University Station Exit 3, follow the Yeonnam Railway, and you can reach the hotel within 15 minutes on foot. Parking - There is no separate parking space on site. You can use the nearby public parking lot or park your car in the residents-priority parking lot in front of Seoul Donuts within 3 minutes of the hotel. Non-Smoking Information - All areas in the room are non-smoking. A carbon dioxide sensor is installed, so please go down to the first floor to smoke. - A resident lives next door. Smoking is also prohibited in the hallways on the 2nd floor. In the past, there have been fires due to cigarette fires as cigarette butts or ashes fell to the first floor under the railing. - If you are caught smoking indoors, an additional two-day stay and professional cleaning fee will be charged. Kitchen use - stay. Everything provided in normal things (cookies, tea, coffee, incense, water, etc.) is included in the room rate!. Please use and eat as much as you like :D - stay. normal things are provided with water (according to the number of people) and seasonings (salt, sugar, pepper, cooking oil, ketchup, jam) to make this place more lively for guests. - Simple cooking is possible indoors. - If the provided bowl is not enough, you can use it by taking out the bowl from the drawer under the induction. - When washing dishes, use the dish drying rack under the microwave or use the Aesop cloth provided in the kitchen. - For the convenience of the next guest, please refrain from foods with strong odors, such as meat and seafood. - If it is absolutely necessary, please provide sufficient ventilation. - When leaving the room, please clean the used dishes and tools. - When checking out, please remove all food in the refrigerator as food waste (yellow bag). Security - Due to the nature of the non-face-to-face accommodation, CCTV is installed at the entrance (entrance door) for crime prevention. Personnel Policy - Exceeding the number of reservations and visitors are not allowed. In case of violation, you will be asked to leave without a refund. - When booking for 3 people, the maximum number of people is 3, but this stay is suitable for 2 people. When booking for 3 people, extra towels and blankets are provided. In case of damage, loss, or damage to furniture, paintings, products, or accessories in the accommodation, we will charge compensation at the purchase price of the product. - The two paintings displayed in the room are genuine.
