Accommodation<\/strong>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Ages 14 to 18: Solo accommodation is <strong>possible<\/strong> if all required documents are submitted.<\/li>\n    <li>Ages 13 and under: Accompanied by a legal guardian is mandatory, and solo accommodation is not allowed.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Required Documents<\/strong> (all must be submitted for solo accommodation)\n  <ul>\n    <li>Consent Form for Minors&#8217; Accommodation (submit the form at the bottom of this page)<\/li>\n    <li>Family Relationship Certificate &#8211; issued within the last 3 months (to verify the legal guardian&#8217;s relationship)<\/li>\n    <li>Copy of the guardian&#8217;s ID (with the last digits of the resident registration number covered)<\/li>\n    <li><em>For foreign national minors:<\/em> Copy of passport + document proving the relationship with the guardian (English family relationship certificate or notarized translation)<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The following information must be filled out directly by the legal guardian (parent or guardian) of the minor staying overnight.<\/li>\n<li>Providing false information or forging the Consent Form for Minors&#8217; Accommodation may result in civil and criminal liability under the relevant laws.<\/li>\n<li>The guardian must be a legal parent or guardian (limited to direct blood relatives, and guardians must be at least 26 years old).<\/li>\n<li>When submitting the Consent Form for Minors&#8217; Accommodation, <strong>only same-gender accommodation is allowed<\/strong>, and mixed-gender accommodation is not permitted. If mixed-gender accommodation is discovered, the guest will be forcibly checked out. (No refund in case of forced check-out)<\/li>\n<li>Drinking and smoking by minors are legally prohibited. Violations will result in forced check-out.<\/li>\n<li>The submitted documents will be reviewed by the staff, and the host will be notified of the check-in approval (within 1 business day).<\/li>\n<li>Check-in may be restricted until the document review is complete.<\/li>\n<li>This document will be used and managed solely for the purpose of proving the minor&#8217;s accommodation. The guardian&#8217;s contact information may be shared with the host of the accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>The guardian is responsible for all issues that arise after check-in, and the platform and the
