Ages 14 to 18: Solo accommodation is possible if all required documents are submitted.
Ages 13 and under: Accompanied by a legal guardian is mandatory, and solo accommodation is not allowed.
Required Documents (all must be submitted for solo accommodation)
Consent Form for Minors’ Accommodation (submit the form at the bottom of this page)
Family Relationship Certificate – issued within the last 3 months (to verify the legal guardian’s relationship)
Copy of the guardian’s ID (with the last digits of the resident registration number covered)
For foreign national minors: Copy of passport + document proving the relationship with the guardian (English family relationship certificate or notarized translation)
The following information must be filled out directly by the legal guardian (parent or guardian) of the minor staying overnight.
Providing false information or forging the Consent Form for Minors’ Accommodation may result in civil and criminal liability under the relevant laws.
The guardian must be a legal parent or guardian (limited to direct blood relatives, and guardians must be at least 26 years old).
When submitting the Consent Form for Minors’ Accommodation, only same-gender accommodation is allowed, and mixed-gender accommodation is not permitted. If mixed-gender accommodation is discovered, the guest will be forcibly checked out. (No refund in case of forced check-out)
Drinking and smoking by minors are legally prohibited. Violations will result in forced check-out.
The submitted documents will be reviewed by the staff, and the host will be notified of the check-in approval (within 1 business day).
Check-in may be restricted until the document review is complete.
This document will be used and managed solely for the purpose of proving the minor’s accommodation. The guardian’s contact information may be shared with the host of the accommodation.
The guardian is responsible for all issues that arise after check-in, and the platform and the host are not liable.
