很棒很方便

房間乾淨，可以住四個人，但是不太能同時打開四個行李箱

cozy apartment for 3 adults..quiet neighborhood with plenty of authentic restaurants..convenient and very accessible to/from AREX, KORAIL and subway stations recommended to have curtains to shield sunlight in rooms especially from the balcony.

I’m happy to choose this place to stay. Highly recommend to those whoever plan to Seoul to check out this place

Köszönjük szépen a vendéglátást, a szálláshely nagyon tiszta és modern volt ?? a vonatállomás 5 perc sétára található a szállástól, ami kifejezetten kényelmes volt számunkra. A kedvenc részünk a lakásban a központi elhelyezkedése és a kis terasz volt. Szívből ajánljuk mindenkinek ??️

The place was such a gem! It was very clean and easy to find. The location was a short walk to and from Seoul Station which made it so convenient. I would definitely recommend and book this place again!

Place very neat and clean. He also allowed our luggages to stay even after check out (latest to get your luggages at 230pm) . We are happy we got this place during our stay in Korea.

Location is walking distance to Seoul station,very convenient. However the place is quite small for 4persons with 4 luggages. There is ac in room, only ac in living room. Overall is a good stay there ?

很推薦這個民宿，和圖片描述完全相符?，離首爾站15號出口很近，極度方便出行，不管是地鐵出行還是的士，即使的士去不同地方（明洞，首爾塔附近，弘大等等）都不會超過10000韓元，屋子附近的cafe和老奶奶士多店都很nice，另外，特別感謝 ?，回復快，且還原諒了我的過錯 ?

房東回覆很快速，地點很方便，首爾站出來後，按照房東的指示，步行大約5分鐘左右就可以到房間，機能很好，首爾站旁邊有樂天百貨樂天大超市，逛街採買都非常方便，住宿不遠處有一家有名的24小時大骨湯蠻好吃的。房間擺設很漂亮，但不大實用，可以放東西的空間不太多，兩人住比較剛好，我們一家4人住顯得有點擁擠。可能因為是暑假週末，價格偏高，但是實在是很方便，從機場坐REX不用換車就到了，去其他地方轉車也方便，會推薦給其他人住。

Increíble ubicación eso nos ayudó mucho a movernos fácil en Seúl por qué la estación de trenes está a 3 minutos caminando, el departamento es nuevo y todo está impecable y nuevo. Sin duda regresaremos en nuestro próximo viaje. Jason siempre está atento a lo que necesites

The room is clean, tidy and in good condition ! The house is with kitchen and outdoor balcony. Kitchen is well equipped. The vibe there is like home.

The place is tiny. Upon arrival, condo was not clean. Beds were unmade. Dirty towels thrown about. Contacted Jason. He answered that he will have it cleaned in 30 minutes and let us know as soon as it was ready. Waited 2 hours with no contact from Jason. Got tired of waiting and contacted him again. He said sorry and will check. Wait. Didn't he say he was going to do that the first time? Finally, he messages and says we can check in. To make up for the inconvenience, he's going to send us Korean-style chicken. My wife checks the beds and the sheets weren't changed. She found makeup and hair on the sheets. Wife unhappy. Tired and hungry, waited for chicken. Midnight and still no chicken. Wife unhappier. On check-out day morning, asked about luggage storage space on the first floor. Answers 9 hours later. Jason is responsive on the day of check-in only. Don't expect prompt responses afterwards. Second stint in Seoul was in another unit in the same complex. Was larger and cheaper.

The host is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay! Will definitely recommend to others and choose to stay here again for our future trips to Seoul ❤️

Jason was a lovely host. He is attentive, responsive and very helpful. We requested for a few things (especially an iron) We found out that he ordered a new one and sent it all the way to the place (1000 stars)
He was always attentive when I messaged him, overall his place felt as clean as a hotel, sheets and towels are super duper clean. provided us with everything we needed. Will miss Seoul and this home. Thank you?❤️

Place was cosy and comfy

location was perfect, walkable distance from seoul station with lots of shops available at the station. Direct Subway airport express takes less than an hour. Place is clean and cosy for a family of 4 to stay in, and the neighbourhood is safe as i spotted police petrol around the area at night.

후기가 많이 없어서 고민하다가 인테리어 사진보고 깨끗하고 마음에 들어서 하룻밤 묵었어요:) 4명이서 갔는데 4명이서 쓰기에 충분했어요 건물도 신축이라 깨끗하더라구요 서울역 근처에 이렇게 깨끗한 곳이라니 서울역 갈 일 있으면 애용할 것 같아요! 테라스도 있었는데 아쉽게도 비가 와서 사용은 못했지만 다른 건물에서 보이지 않게 프라이빗해 보였고 거기 앉아 있어도 기분이 좋을 것 같아 보이더라구요:) 거실 테이블이 넓어서 파티나 음식 준비해서 놓기에도 좋았습니다 화장실도 매우 깨끗했고 침대도 넉넉하게 커서 편안하게 잘 자고 갑니다 뭐 하나 빠짐없이 마음에 들었던 숙소라 후기가 길어졌는데 그만큼 만족스러웠습니다!!
