방 정말 깨끗하고 아늑하고 분위기 너무 좋습니다. 침구류도 깨끗하고 편하네요. 주인분도 친절하셔서 덕분에 연말 모임 잘했습니다!!

ソウル駅から7分で、交通の便がよい。
部屋が広く、大きなテレビでyoutubeやnetflixを楽しめた。

Great place to stay. Not far from the station and local bus stops. Local shops close by. Great host who was very courteous and even offered umbrellas for the rainy days!

部屋やお風呂、キッチンがとても綺麗で快適でした！部屋も写真で見たよりも広く、荷物を広げるために十分なスペースでした。近くにコンビニもありとても便利で、治安も特に問題はないと思いました。また韓国に行くことがあったら利用をしたいと思います。

(1) PLACE: There are stairs leading up to the place, but the host was kind enough to help us carry our luggages during check-in (as I was travelling with elderly parents). Understandably though, they are not available all the time.
The place looks very clean and modern! All amenities were provided. There is no washing machine, but a laundry hub is nearby. (2) AREA:
There are hills in the area (typical Seoul ?) but you can always use a taxi as the taxi will drop you off/ pick you up right in front of the place.
The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. (3) HOSTS:
They are very responsive and helpful! We got lost once as the taxi driver dropped us elsewhere, but thankfully they replied me right away and assisted us in finding our way ? Overall, they have what you need for an enjoyable stay in Seoul - friendly and helpful hosts, and a clean and relaxing place!

This time We came to Seoul for the first time for pleasure.
It's not easy to get home from airport railway Seoul station but subway station is close.
Host is very very kind and respond quickly! The room is clean.

We enjoyed staying at this 숙소 on hot summer days in Seoul. The location is excellent, with convenient access to the subway, food options, and laundry facilities. It is quiet, allowing for restful nights, and spacious enough for a family, with a kitchen to cook or heat up meals.

가족행사가 있어 방문하면서 예약한 숙소인데 약간의 계단이 있었지만 저는 그계단이 너무 좋더라구요 집도 청결하고 미리 에어컨 켜놔주셔서 들어가니 시원해 첫인상부터 좋았습니다
호스트분이 너무 친절히 대응해주셔서 어려운거없었고 숙소도 대중교통으로 이동하기 편했어요 시장옆이라 아침 간단하게 해결하기도 좋았습니다
다음번 방문에도 또 가고싶어요

He met all our needs even though he didn't have to. He was friendly. The location is very close to Seoul station so it is easy to get everywhere.

Great place to stay for a small family. Tasty local restaurants and street food within 5’ walk. The distance to Seoul station (main station) is kinda awkward, too long to walk with luggages but too close to grab a cab. The hosts are very responsive, also extremely helpful and friendly. They’ve gone above and beyond to make our trip as pleasure as possible. They spoiled our kids with many snacks and drinks. Definitely will go back to this place next time we’re in town

We stayed in this apartment as a group of 4 friends and were very satisfied with the comfort offered, our host helped us a lot for check in and check out, definitely recommand!

I’ve stayed around this area at a hotel a couple of times but my first time at an 숙소. It’s right in the middle of a neighborhood with tons of cafes, convenience stores, and restaurants. It was pretty quiet during our stay, even more so than the hotels I’ve stayed at. There aren’t bars around which probably helped with keeping the neighborhood quiet. Transportation was very easy. I usually choose to stay near Seoul station because it literally takes you anywhere around Seoul. We were also going to busan for a couple of days, and the KTX bullet train is about a 15-20 minute walk from the 숙소 through the underground Seoul train station. We also arrived from the airport the same way as well. It’s in a central location with tons of green neighborhood buses, city buses, and trains. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at Sung Eun’s place. It was incredibly clean and very close to Seoul station. Sung was very helpful. Any information we requested was provided, including food recommendations and places to visit. Sung made our lives easy! We loved our stay and we appreciate Sung’s diligence in making our stay as enjoyable as it was ? For anyone interested in visiting Seoul, I highly recommend staying with Sung!

The host was very responsive and thoughtful enough to give very detailed information not only on getting to the location, but also recommending good places nearby for us to better immerse ourselves in the culture of the neighborhood. There are enough convenience stores and marts you could buy from around the location. It’s close to Seoul station and next to Huam Market. The rooms were spacious. The whole place is clean and aesthetic like in the photos. We did not encounter any problems during our stay. There is floor heating if you’re worried about the cold. Lastly, the view of Namsan Tower at the rooftop is breathtaking especially at night when it lights up. It's close to Seoul Station exit 12 which is perfect if you have heavy luggage because there is an elevator there. We’ll definitely book this place again. Thank you Sung Eun and Sumin!

Wirklich tolles 숙소! Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war äußerst angenehm. Der Empfang war super herzlich, der Checkin umkompliziert und Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Gut gelegen direkt in der City. Nicht weit zum Seoul Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Very convenient location. It's close from Seoul Station (from 15 to 20mn/with kids by walk). We booked this place because we had an earlier check-in ar Incheon. The apartment is great. Master Bedroom is big, and decorations are nice. You also have nice and local type restaurant near by. Thanks Sung for her recommendations! And she was always responsive and helpful.

Penginapan ini dekat dengan seoul station yang ada di pusat kota. Rumah bersih dan harum. Hanya ketika winter, suhu kamar mandi masih dingin. Untuk suhu kamar hangat jadi kita tidak kedinginan. Saya diberi early check in dan extra pillow. Thanks Sung Eun

편하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다~

숙소는 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 보일러를 미리 틀어주셔서 체크인 할 때 따뜻했고, 디퓨저도 곳곳에 배치되어 있어 좋은 향기가 나 숙소에 대한 첫 느낌부터 좋더라고요!ㅎㅎ 호스트께서 답변도 빠르시고, 서울역이랑 멀지 않아서 위치도 좋았습니다. 굳이 단점을 하나 꼽자면 화장실 웃풍이 좀 있다..? 근데 화장실이 넓고 깨끗해서 추운 건 그렇게 크게 신경 쓰이진 않았어요. 곳곳에 호스트님의 세심한 배려가 돋보이는 숙소였습니다 :)

너무~~ 잘 쉬다가요 사진 보다도 훨 낫고 위치도 너무 좋고 친구들 모두가 다 만족 했어요 따뜻하게 잘 잤구요!! 무엇보다 화장실에 필터 센스가 진짜 대박이였어요..!! 이태원에서 놀아도 버스타고 금방이라 너무 만족했습니다!

It’s a very wonderful place to stay in Seoul!! Eun is always helpful and responsive in time, even there’s several time that I leave a message in the mid-night, I always get the response, what a nice guy! The room looks exactly like the photos, and it’s more specious than I thought. The location is about 10min walk from Seoul station, and the surroundings is very quiet, Gs25 is in 3min walk. I must give a high praise to the floor heating. That makes you feel so warm and enjoyable to stay inside the room when outside is snowing. I would definitely come back again next time when I travel to Seoul.

여행온 손님들 모시는건데 겨울이라 난방과 온수 걱정했거든요, 근데 전부 별 문제 없이 다 잘 됐어요. 무엇보다 화장실이 새로 지은 느낌이라 깔끔하고 수압도 좋았습니다. 방도 두개인데 가격도 알맞아 단체로 숙박하기 좋은거 같아요~ 주변에도 추천 의사 있습니다~

생각보다 훨씬 편안하고 좋았어요. 침구류도 깨끗하고 호스트도 친절했어요~! 위치도 도보로 가도 불편하지 않아서 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 오고싶은 숙소였습니다~!

We had a great stay with my family.
- location: very good. Near Seoul Station, traditional neighborhood, it has a few cafés and restaurants nearby (including a very nice jazz bar with live music everyday). - facilities: very clean, quiet spacious, well equipped heated, and has everything you need.
- host: wonderful! Very helpful, smooth communication, always making sure we didn't need anything. When I told him the bathroom was very cold (-12°C outside), he quickly ordered a heater and had an electrical outlet installed the very next day! He even gave us a gift for Christmas! I'd come back again :)

My stay with the Host was fantastic, all thanks to this lovely 숙소! The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming . The location was perfect, allowing easy access to so many local restaurants. The room was better than expected and it had some nice fragrance! Was able to provide me with everything I needed like extra bedding and water! I highly recommend this 숙소 to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay in Korea!

대문 열고 들어가니 아늑한 마당이 있어 한 번 놀랐고 현관문을 열고 들어가니 깨끗하고 화사해서 또 놀랐습니다. 사진보다 더 넓었습니다. 가족들과 하룻밤 편안하고 따뜻하게 잘 쉬었습니다. 마당 옥상에서 남산타워가 정말 가깝게 보여서 좋았습니다. 추천합니다.
