Hello, welcome to Pine Tree Garden House! For a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please be sure to read the accommodation guidelines below. 1. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: Before 11:00 AM - Please inform us in advance for early check-ins and late check-outs. (Additional charges apply⭕️) 2. Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee: A 50,000 won security deposit and cleaning fee are required upon check-in. If all goes well, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out. 3. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors and in the yard. ❌❌ Smoking is only permitted on the second-floor outdoor balcony. After smoking, please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided trash cans! Do not throw them outside! ❌ 4. Pets: Pets are not allowed. 5. Noise: Please refrain from making noise after 9:00 PM out of consideration for your neighbors. This is a quiet residential area, so excessive drinking and parties are politely declined. (Party room❌) 6. Parking: Free private parking is available. 7. Trash: Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the trash cans provided inside. Please dispose of food waste in the provided bags. 8. Barbecue: Barbecue access is available upon prior reservation. You will be responsible for any damage or destruction of any other accommodation facilities. We are not responsible for any accidents that occur within the accommodation. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the facility. We wish you a pleasant trip and a comfortable stay!
