House Rules for Seoully Thank you for choosing Stay Seoully. Please be sure to follow the rules below to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone. --- 1. ✅ Basic Rules Check-in: After 3 PM Check-out: By 11 AM (Strictly) Maximum occupancy: Within the reservation number Visitors: Not allowed without prior approval 2. ? Smoking Information: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including e-cigarettes). Violators may incur a cleaning fee of up to 200,000 KRW. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. 3. ?‍♀️ Noise & Etiquette: Please refrain from making noise after 10 PM. Parties, loud singing, and drinking and making loud noises are prohibited. Slippers are recommended indoors. 4. Cleanliness and Facility Use: Please use all furniture and appliances with care. Please refrigerate or put away food. Trash separation is required upon check-out (pay-as-you-go bags provided). 5. ? Bedding and Supplies: Bedding is provided after being washed and serviced. Additional bedding requests may incur additional charges. Amenities (towels, hairdryers, etc.) are for in-room use only. 6. Pets are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding due to allergies and cleanliness issues. 7. Safety-related matters: Please turn off all appliances and air conditioning when leaving the house. The entrance door automatically locks, but please make sure it's closed. In the event of a fire, loss, or accident, please contact the host immediately. 8. Damage Compensation Information: You may be charged for damage, contamination, or loss of property, whether intentional or due to negligence. The host requests that you notify us of any damage before the end of your stay. 9. Filming and Commercial Use: Unauthorized commercial filming or content creation is prohibited.
