1. It is a quiet residential area. Please keep your noise down after 10 PM. 2. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited inside the accommodation. If caught, a fine of 200,000 won will be charged (carbon monoxide detector in operation). In addition, in Korea, smoking in non-smoking areas/areas may be subject to a fine. Please refer to this when traveling. 3. Please take off your outside shoes before entering and exiting. We have prepared indoor slippers that can be used indoors. 4. For the safety of guests and access control of the accommodation, the CCTV in front of the entrance is recording. 5. Entry is not allowed for people other than those who have made a reservation. Please make a reservation according to the number of people. 6. Please only flush tissues in the toilet. 7. Please turn off the electricity and gas when not in use.
