* This is a new accommodation in a quiet residential area that recently opened. * It is a room that is full of sunlight and is located on the opposite side of the road, so you can sleep comfortably. * Smart TV, Netflix, and free Wi-Fi are available. * Bedroom 1 (1 queen bed / topper can be added), Bedroom 2 (1 queen bed), fully equipped for cooking. * Move-in will be conducted remotely. * Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions for moving in and use. * Smoking and pets are not allowed in the accommodation. (You will be evicted if confirmed) * If there is a complaint about noise, you will be evicted.
