✔️ Please be careful not to stain the white bedding. (Irremovable stains may result in additional charges.)
✔️ Hair dyeing is not allowed within the accommodation.
✔️ Pets are not allowed.
✔️ For long-term stays, please use the nearby coin laundry. (Laundry basket provided by the clothes hanger.)
✔️ CCTV is installed outside the entrance for guest safety and monitoring the number of people. This is for safety and management purposes only.
✔️ Unauthorized entry of individuals not agreed upon beforehand may result in eviction without refund. (Simple visits are not allowed, and there are additional fees for extra people.)
✔️ Strong-smelling foods (e.g., grilling meat, mala soup, fermented dishes) are not allowed to be cooked inside.

✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, including cigarettes and electronic cigarettes.
✔️ A special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW and the cost of canceling the next day’s reservation will be charged if smoking occurs.
✔️ Please clean all used dishes and tools thoroughly. (Excessively dirty conditions may incur additional fees.)
✔️ Dispose of trash separately using the provided trash bags in the accommodation.
✔️ Food waste should be disposed of in the ivory vacuum food waste bin in the sink with the lid securely closed.
✔️ Compensation may be claimed for any damage to furniture or items in the accommodation.
✔️ The neighbors are residents; please avoid loud noises after 10 PM and maintain a considerate stay.
✔️ Loud noises leading to complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund. Please avoid excessive noise.
✔️ Do not send deliveries to the accommodation. We are not responsible for any lost items.
✔️ Please turn off all electronic devices, including air conditioning, boiler, hairdryer, and induction cooktop, before going out or checking out.
✔️ Please do not open the screen doors, as insects may enter.
✔️ Reservation implies agreement to the above terms.
