- Our property is not child-friendly, and due to the split-level and rooftop design, it may pose potential safety hazards for children. If you are staying with children, please note that the host will not be responsible for any accidents that may occur.

- When leaving the property, please ensure that the rooftop door, entrance door, and windows are securely closed, especially on rainy days. This is to prevent any potential safety issues. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- Items provided in the property may not be taken outside. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

- Please remove your shoes before entering the indoor areas.

- There is CCTV installed at the entrance of the property; however, the host is not responsible for any lost items, so please ensure that you keep your valuables with you at all times.

- The use of candles, heating appliances, or any fire hazard items is strictly prohibited.

- After using the barbecue or cooking, please make sure to dispose of any leftover food in the food waste bin.

- Commercial filming or photography is not permitted without prior consent from the host.
