● Accommodation rules
1. Check-in and Check-out Check-in Time: Check-out time after 4 p.m. Check-in and check-out time: If you need to adjust the check-in/check-out time by 12 a.m., please contact the host in advance.
Additional charges may be incurred for delayed check-out without pre-adjustment.

2. 6 people / up to 8 people
The bed is for two people. The additional cost is 10,000 won per person.
Sometimes I visit without sleeping and spend time. We do not stay, but there is an additional cost of 5,000 won per person for the number of people visiting.
3. Please be quiet after 10 p.m. Please respect your neighbors. If noise causes inconvenience, there may be a measure to leave the room.
4. Please use cleanliness and waste disposal accommodation. Clean used kitchen utensils and tableware, and put used towels in the laundry basket. Please dispose of wastes in accordance with the separate collection rules. Please throw food wastes, recyclable materials, and general wastes into the designated separate collection boxes, respectively.

5. Non-smoking and Prohibited Items No smoking is allowed in the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area. The use of items that can cause fire (candles, fireworks, etc.) in the accommodation is prohibited. Possession of drugs or illegal items in the accommodation is strictly prohibited, and legal action may be taken if caught. Animals are also prohibited. We apologize.

6. Safety and Emergency Situations Check the emergency exits and fire extinguishers in the accommodation in advance. In case of an emergency such as fire or gas leakage, contact the host immediately. When you leave the accommodation, lock the doors and windows, and turn off lights and electronics.

7. Please use all facilities and furniture in the accommodation clean and safe. Please use home appliances, heating devices, kitchen utensils, etc. after familiarizing yourself with how to use them. If there is damage or failure to the equipment or facilities in the accommodation, notify the host immediately and additional costs may occur. If you have any questions or inconveniences while using the accommodation, please contact the host immediately.

The Rest; It is located in a quiet residential area near Jamsil Seokchon Lake, and the express train line 9 from the airport is also located nearby. Jamsil, Bangi Meokja Alley, Songridan-gil, Seokchon Lake, Seongsu-dong, Gangnam Station, Sports Complex, Lotte World, and other convenient facilities are located close by and easily accessible, making it a space where you can enjoy a quiet rest. Toilet/Bathroom - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash - Hand wash, toothpaste - Eco-friendly towels provided Laundry - Washing machine (liquid detergent, fabric softener) - For large laundry such as blankets, there are 3 coin laundries about 3 minutes on foot, so you can use them. Guest Accessible Space/Facilities Parking is free for one vehicle. For long-term stays, laundry service for bedding and cleaning of shared facilities are provided every 2-3 weeks. (Schedule is mutually agreed upon) TIP: If you want to park outside, you can use the app to use a nearby shared parking lot.
