❗Precautions
✔️ Check-in time at the property is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
✔️ Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the property (including restrooms).(100,000 won fine for smoking + cleaning fee charged)
✔️ You must take off your shoes when entering the accommodation.(Separate slippers are provided when using the barbecue area)
✔️ Pets other than guide dogs are not allowed.
✔️ Cooking foods with strong odors is prohibited.(Fish, meat, foods with strong spices, etc.) Only simple cooking is possible on site.
✔️ Repair (replacement) costs may be charged in case of contamination or damage to furniture, articles, etc., or damage.
✔️ Please clean up the trash and wash the dishes when you leave the room.(We do not charge separate cleaning fees, so we ask for your cooperation and understanding)
✔️ Please place food waste in a zipper bag in the sink.
✔️ The basic occupancy is 6 guests and the maximum occupancy is 16. (20,000 won per person over 3 years old (24 months), if the basic number of people is exceeded)
✔️ If additional people other than the number of guests are added without notice, an additional amount will be charged.
✔️ Please refrain from excessive shouting within the accommodation.(Because it is a residential area, use of the barbecue area after 10 o'clock is absolutely prohibited)
✔️ Minors who are not accompanied by family members cannot stay alone.
✔️ Free parking is available for 2 cars in the building.(Please contact us separately for additional vehicles and we will do our best to assist you.)
