They always sweep and clean and pay a lot of attention to removing hair before guests arrive. ^^ You will use the entire building as your own villa, so it will feel like a villa. You don't have to worry about noise between floors. It's a quiet neighborhood and the soundproofing from the neighbors is good. The reason is that the building is independent and not connected to the neighboring buildings. ^^ I keep getting questions about the expression "independent". I will express it clearly. It is not a place to stay with strangers. Since there is only one bedroom, it is common sense that you can't accept two teams (if they are strangers). Notes/Consciousness I once got into a fight with a guest from a culture that wears shoes at home. So my guesthouse has a rule that no outdoor shoes are allowed. Only guests who take off their shoes are welcome!! If you walk around with your shoes on, there will be footprints, right? Check with a magnifying glass, and if you find footprints, take a picture and report it to the company. If you just take off your shoes, there will be no need to blush at all.^^ Please also distinguish between bathroom and living room shoes. The distance between the guesthouse and the parking lot is 140 meters in a straight line, a 2-minute walk (data provided by Internet maps). If you spray it, the cigarette smell will be removed more quickly. If you get a complaint about noise in front of the front door, you will be fined 200,000 won!! If you just follow this rule, you won't have to blush. ^^ When you go up to the bedroom at night, turn off the lights on the first floor. If you turn off the kitchen lights and take a step or two toward the front door, the sensor lights on the wall on the stairs will automatically turn on, so it won't be dark when you go up and down the stairs. If there are black marks on the wallpaper, the owners of the guesthouse will be upset. ㅠㅠ The heating temperature in winter is basically 20 degrees. There is a boiler switch in the living room, so adjust it if you want a higher temperature. It is allowed up to 22 degrees. However, please refrain from going higher than that. There is no need to raise the temperature any higher, right? ^^; There is no remote control for the air conditioner. There is a button on the machine. In the bathroom, just throw the toilet paper in the toilet. If you use the bidet, the toilet won't get clogged. The reason is that they use less toilet paper.. If you use a lot of toilet paper (if you don't use a bidet), it gets clogged. It's never clogged when Korean guests use it. If the toilet gets clogged, it's the responsibility of the guesthouse, so feel free to call me. However, don't put wet tissues in the toilet! If you've used up all the toilet paper, open the wall cabinet above the toilet. For same-day reservations, you have about 2 hours to clean and prepare from the reservation time. Even if it's after 3 o'clock... I don't clean right away if there are no guests for a few days after I've treated them. Dust can accumulate after a few days, so if I clean it then, it's the same thing twice. That's why I always clean the day before a guest comes.     서울출장 올때마다 늘 숙소때문에 고민이 많았는데 완전 좋은 숙소 발견한거같아요! 흡연실도 따로 구비해주시고 깔끔하고 정수기도 있어서 물도 따로 구입하지않아도 되어서 좋았어요! 역이랑도 가깝고 이 가격에 독채 숙소라니 다음에 출장기회가 생기면 재방문하겠습니다👍
