They always sweep and clean and pay a lot of attention to removing hair before guests arrive. ^^ You will use the entire building as your own villa, so it will feel like a villa. You don't have to worry about noise between floors. It's a quiet neighborhood and the soundproofing from the neighbors is good. The reason is that the building is independent and not connected to the neighboring buildings. ^^ I keep getting questions about the expression "independent". I will express it clearly. It is not a place to stay with strangers. Since there is only one bedroom, it is common sense that you can't accept two teams (if they are strangers). Oh my~ I hope I don't get inquiries like this anymore...^^; Total 80 sqm 1st floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom (bidet installed) 2nd floor: bedroom, toilet, smoking room (ventilation fan installed) Washing machine, dryer, water purifier, cable TV, wifi (5G, 2.4G) Toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable razor provided And free parking from check-in to check-out !!! Since it is machine parking, large and wide cars are not allowed! Up to about the size of an Equus. Parkable vehicle size: Overall width 2150mm, Overall height 1900mm, Overall length 5200mm, Weight 2200kg It is said that many electric vehicles weigh over 2.2 tons. If even one of these specifications is not met, the machine parking will not work. If you have an electric vehicle, please check the weight. This area is near Sindaebangsamgeori Station in Dongjak-gu, so it is difficult to park, and the public parking fee is 900 won for 30 minutes. It is expected to be around 20,000 won for one night. However, I will take care of this problem and solve it. Please text me if you need parking. If you smoke, please text me in advance. I will set up a smoking room. Notes/Consciousness I once got into a fight with a guest from a culture that wears shoes at home. So my guesthouse has a rule that no outdoor shoes are allowed. Only guests who take off their shoes are welcome!! If you walk around with your shoes on, there will be footprints, right? Check with a magnifying glass, and if you find footprints, take a picture and report it to the company. If you just take off your shoes, there will be no need to blush at all.^^ Please also distinguish between bathroom and living room shoes. The distance between the guesthouse and the parking lot is 140 meters in a straight line, a 2-minute walk (data provided by Internet maps). This is acceptable when living in a single-family home in Seoul or when parking in someone else's neighborhood. Throw away trash in the trash can. Or put it in a bag and roughly gather it in one place. Do not separate the trash. I will take care of it after you check out. You can find the bags by opening the door under the rice cooker. You have to turn on the cold water to get hot water, and you have to turn on the hot water to get cold water. When this house was built, the water pipes in the bathroom were reversed. ^^; Towels, hair dryers, curling irons, toothbrushes, and razors are in the mirror cabinet in the living room. Open the bottom drawer. Office supplies are in the sofa table drawer. Smokers, if you don't let us know in advance, we won't set up a smoking room. And two people are prohibited from smoking in front of the front door. The reason is that two people tend to talk, but if the neighbors complain about noise, it's a headache. If there are two or three complaints, we can have our business suspended. Some of the neighbors know that we are a guesthouse. I think it bothers the neighbors more if we make noise even though we don't live in the building. So we smoke one person at a time in front of the front door. Or, guests can set up a smoking room. If you open the window of the small room on the second floor and plug in the power cord, the exhaust fan will turn on. If it doesn't turn on, wait 15 minutes (due to the timing setting), and just use any bowl with water in the ashtray. By the way, there is incense in the desk in that room. If you spray it, the cigarette smell will be removed more quickly. If you get a complaint about noise in front of the front door, you will be fined 200,000 won!! If you just follow this rule, you won't have to blush. ^^ When you go up to the bedroom at night, turn off the lights on the first floor. If you turn off the kitchen lights and take a step or two toward the front door, the sensor lights on the wall on the stairs will automatically turn on, so it won't be dark when you go up and down the stairs. Be careful not to bump into the walls when moving your carrier or luggage. If there are black marks on the wallpaper, the owners of the guesthouse will be upset. ㅠㅠ The heating temperature in winter is basically 20 degrees. There is a boiler switch in the living room, so adjust it if you want a higher temperature. It is allowed up to 22 degrees. However, please refrain from going higher than that. There is no need to raise the temperature any higher, right? ^^; There is no remote control for the air conditioner. There is a button on the machine. In the bathroom, just throw the toilet paper in the toilet. If you use the bidet, the toilet won't get clogged. The reason is that they use less toilet paper.. If you use a lot of toilet paper (if you don't use a bidet), it gets clogged. It's never clogged when Korean guests use it. If the toilet gets clogged, it's the responsibility of the guesthouse, so feel free to call me. However, don't put wet tissues in the toilet! If you've used up all the toilet paper, open the wall cabinet above the toilet. For same-day reservations, you have about 2 hours to clean and prepare from the reservation time. Even if it's after 3 o'clock... I don't clean right away if there are no guests for a few days after I've treated them. Dust can accumulate after a few days, so if I clean it then, it's the same thing twice. That's why I always clean the day before a guest comes. So if you suddenly make a same-day reservation, you have to give me about 2 hours. However, if you want to come within 2 hours, please come^^ Refunds are unconditionally carried out only according to the regulations set by the Fair Trade Commission. If you want to cancel, tell the company. They will inform you of the refund amount and process it. You don't have to tell me. If the full amount is not refundable, I will consider changing the date. Tell me about this. But not within 15 days! After that, the validity period is 2 years. If there is a difference due to a change in the rate, you will have to pay it.
