Aureum offers a unique space where you can enjoy the beauty of nature while experiencing pottery and art workshops. With a spacious yard and areas for children to play freely in nature, Aureum is designed to create lasting memories through natural beauty and artistic experiences.

Parking: Up to 15 vehicles
1st Floor (33 pyeong): Accommodates up to 6 people
2nd Floor (20 pyeong): Accommodates up to 4 people
For groups of 8 or fewer: Only the 1st floor will be available.
For groups of 9 or more: Both 1st and 2nd floors will be available.


Yangji IC: 10 minutes
Yongin IC: 15 minutes
Docheok IC: 15 minutes
Hwadam Forest: 20 minutes
Everland/Caribbean Bay/Ho-Am Art Museum: 15 minutes
Daedaeri Reservoir / Hanteo Fishing Spot: 5 minutes
Gonjiam/Jisan Forest Ski Resort: 25 minutes


1. No Smoking: Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited indoors. (Please use the designated outdoor smoking area.)
2. Cooking Restrictions: Avoid cooking food with strong odors (e.g., fish, meat, or fried dishes) indoors.
3. No Glass Items Outdoors: For safety reasons, glassware is not allowed outside.
4. Cleanliness: Guests are required to separate and dispose of trash properly and wash dishes after use.
5. Noise Restrictions: Outdoor music is not allowed after 9:00 PM to prevent noise complaints.
6. No Pets Allowed.
7. Adhere to Capacity Limits: Use the space according to the number of guests booked. (CCTV is in operation for security purposes.)
8. Child Safety: Please use pee pads for infants and young children.
9. Washer/Dryer Usage: Only available for guests staying for 2 nights or more.
10. No Commercial Filming: Commercial photography or video recording inside or outside the property is prohibited.
11. Toilet and Drain Usage: Do not dispose of food, wet wipes, or sanitary products in the toilet or drains. (Blockages will result in repair charges.)
12. Shoes Off Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property.


1. For security and guest safety, a CCTV camera is installed at the front door. It will not be used for any purposes other than its intended function.
