# Accommodation rules and precautions 1. Since it is located in a residential area, please be careful not to cause noise disturbance to residents. In particular, absolute silence is required after 10 PM. (If complaints are made due to noise, you may be asked to leave.) 2. Cooking food with strong odors such as meat or fish is not allowed. (The smell in the house may interfere with the next stay.) 3. In the event of damage or loss of all facilities and furniture provided, a cost for restoration may be charged. (Please notify the host in the event of damage or contamination of property.) 4. Nook Stay is not responsible for safety accidents, loss or damage of valuables due to guest negligence. 5. Entry is strictly prohibited for people other than those reserved, and additional fees will be charged for additional visitors. 6. Please wash dishes and sort trash and dispose of them in the recycling bin before check-out. (Vinyl, plastic, cans, bottles, paper) 7. Please take off your shoes in the accommodation during your stay. 8. Please refrain from smoking indoors. (Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited) 9. Pets are not allowed.
