House rules

- Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Please be considerate of the neighbors by making noise late at night (after 10 PM). - It is a semi-basement like the first floor with windows in all rooms and kitchens. We put a lot of effort into making it comfortable and clean. - Reservations are not possible for minors unaccompanied by a guardian. - Please separate your trash. ❌No pets allowed ❌No smoking inside the accommodation (a fee of 200,000 won will be charged if smoking is found) ❌There is no parking at our accommodation.
