Accommodation Rules
Check-out Time: Please check out by 11:00 AM.
Bedding and Towel Management: Please be careful not to stain bed sheets, bedding, and towels.
Reporting Damages: If you break or damage anything, please be sure to inform us and prepare for replacement or repair.
External Visitors: No external visitors or additional guests are allowed without prior approval.
Removing Shoes: Please remove your shoes before entering the accommodation and use indoor slippers.
Inquiries: If you have any questions, please contact the number on the business card.
Facilities and Safety
Smoking and Prohibited Items: Our accommodation is non-smoking. Use of candles and firecrackers is also prohibited.
Pet Prohibition: Pets are not allowed.
Kitchen and Waste Disposal
Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors. After cooking, please open the windows for ventilation and clean the used dishes thoroughly.
Please separate and dispose of trash. There are general and recyclable trash cans in front of the bathroom. Place food waste in yellow food waste bags and put them in the sink.
Do not dispose of food in the toilet. (Repair costs may be charged if damaged by foreign substances.)
Neighbor Consideration
Please be mindful of noise after 10 PM for neighbors' rest.

Parking is not available in the building, so please use public transportation.

Large marts and hospitals are located nearby, making it a suitable living environment.
Near representative green spaces and cultural facilities in Gangseo-gu, such as Banghwa Neighborhood Park and Seoul Botanical Garden, making it an attractive accommodation.
Conveniently located near subway stations: 6-minute walk from Hwagok Station, 10-minute walk from Ujangsan Station.
By bus, you can get off at Daewon Market bus stop or Hwagok Station Exit 8 and walk.

※ Please note when making a reservation. *If you make a reservation for 2 people and use Room 2, an additional cost of 20,000 won will be charged. ✔️ Check-in: PM. 3:00 / Check-out: AM. 11:00 ❗️Please let us know in advance for early check-in and late check-out. ❗️An additional charge of 20,000 won per hour will be charged for late check-out. ✔️Please make sure to turn off lights and electronic devices when going out or checking out. ? Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. ? Please take off your shoes indoors and wear the provided indoor shoes. (Indoor shoes cannot be worn outside.) ? No additional visitors are allowed other than the number of people reserved. (If the number of people is different from the reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.) ? CCTV is installed at the entrance for safety/crime prevention/guest count check. ? Please be careful not to make excessive noise, shout, or drink or dance late at night (after 10 PM), as this may cause complaints. ? Cooking food with a lot of oil and strong smell is absolutely prohibited. (Grilling meat, grilling fish, etc.) ? Dishwashing is not included in basic cleaning. (Cleaning fees may apply if dishwashing is not done properly.) ? Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in all spaces inside the accommodation. In addition, the use of flammable items such as candles, incense, and firecrackers that pose a fire hazard is restricted. ? (A special cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged for smoking, and the fire detector may be activated.) ? Please understand that guests cannot use facilities with a lock. ? 저는 친구와 함께 화곡역 근처에서 시간을 보내다 실내에서 쉴 곳이 필요해 급하게 예약하게 되었습니다.
화곡역이랑 가까워 생각보다 쉽게 찾을수있었고
현관문을 열었을 때 좋은 향기, 따뜻한 온기와 조명이 너무 좋았습니다.
시간이 늦어 바로 씻고 잠자리에 들었는데, 침대가 너무 푸근하고 포근해서 오랜만에 편안하게 잘 수 있었습니다.
